I am certified loan signing agent by the National Notary Association NNA, and a Notary Public appointed by the State of Florida. I am also a language translator ENGLISH-SPANISH-ENGLISH.

Mobile Notary Public 


I have been the responsible of handling all kind of documents, contracts, leases and loans for over 30 years in businesses in New York. Currently I moved to Florida and I am operating as a mobile notary in the Orlando area which includes Orange County, Osceola County and Lake County. I am organized and work well under pressure. I am very reliable and dependable.  I have flexible schedule which accommodates last minute assignments. I have excellent time management skills.

I accept loan signing assignments via e-mail or phone. Print and prepare loan documents. Review closing documents for accuracy in names, addresses and legal information. I have my own transportation to signing locations and it is my custom to arrive at least 10 minutes before schedule appointment time. 

Signing Agent 


I can patiently describe lender loan documents and obtained signatures, and notarized loan documents and other legal documents.  Neatly package the documents to the signing companies immediately after signings completed or else as directed.

I also offer to the companies if needed, the use of my home based office for signings. My office is fully equipped and well setup to receive signers with an individual side entrance. Snacks and beverages are complimentary offered during signing.  It is located in one of the best areas of Orlando, FL (Dr. Phillips).

I do professional appearances, very well dressed and other details.

I am fully equipped with two computers and a laptop plus 2 printers.

Education:  
I am multilingual, fluent in English and Spanish languages, also able to communicate in Italian and Portuguese languages.

I have completed the Notary Public course on Florida Notary Association.

Signing agent exam passed on NNA – National Notary Association.


I have the Background check.

I am bonded and E&O insured for a total of $ 110.000 dollars.

Please Note:

My fees are $100 per signing plus $20 for printing two full sets. $150 is the fee for reverse mortgages including the 2 sets. This rate is for all cities in Orange County FL, Osceola County FL and some areas of Polk County FL. I travel no further than 35 miles from my home-based office located @ 6850 Spring Rain Dr. Orlando, FL 32819.



Please accept my terms. I humbly request the acceptance of the following:

Trip Fees
If I am assigned a signing agent / notary job by your company, and travel to an assigned location, and the job are cancelled while in travel; I want a $50 trip and preparation fee. 

 
Printing Fees
If I am assigned a signing agent / notary job by your company, print out documents and borrower’s copies, and then your company cancels, I want a $20 printing fee per each set.


Payment regardless of funding
if I am assigned a loan signing job by your company, and I complete the signing, but the loan doesn’t fund, your company must pay me $100 per signing.

Payment regardless of if the borrowers are willing to sign

If I am assigned a loan signing job by your company, arrive at the specified location, and start a signing with the borrowers, and then they change their mind about signing and refuse to sign, your company must pay me the entire fee agreed upon.
 

* Please note: for the convenience of the signers, my home based well-appointed office is available at no additional charge.
